coloring air and ground
just as memories swirl
in a woman once girl

on this anniversary of birth
may your thoughts give mirth
of lessons learned
now wisdom earned

Happy Birthday dear Sis
now Lady once Miss
both human and star
complete as you are

I wish you great peace, insight and joy
continued growth, use time as a toy!
Play with each day, explore and know
each breath is a present to receive and sow

the light that you are
shining near and far
sharing happiness and love
from below and above

    I loved the poem you wrote to your sister for her birthday. It would be nice if my brother did that for me and it was very nice that you did that for her. Kudos on the prose, you prince of print.
