Here’s our simple site budget:
- Three hours each day every day to post, moderate and produce content = 1,095 hours
- 1,095 hours paid at minimum wage ($7.25) = $7,938.75
- Annual internet access: $479.40
- Annual hosting fees: 45.00
- Annual domain name fee: $10.00
2009 cost: $8,473.15 – gifts of 5,620.00 = Net -$2,853.15
2010 cost (through August to include 2009 net deficit):- $6,537.80 – August gifts of $60.00 = Net -$6,477.80
